What type of marketing it is?
The marketing plan used by the Company «Evoler&CO LTD» is called a Matrix plan. It is so called because all people participating in it are in one matrix and work as one team.
It is worth noting some important differences between this type of marketing and the chain (or lineary) and binary types of marketing:
- Matrix marketing – it is a team-work marketing; in this case the person is dependent not only on himself but the team is playing an important role, too.
- At the same time it is a very friendly marketing because there is no competition involved between people who are in one matrix.

1st level - 8 positions which are shown in red color;

The key moment is that postions of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th levels (that is 7 positions in all) are always taken by other members of this partnership program which have entered it before you. All new members are placed in one of the free places in the 1st level.
It is important to note two other important factors relating filling the 1st level and the whole matrix:
1. Filling the 1st level always happens only from left to right.
For example, you have entered a matrix and have taken the first place in the 1st level. Now let us imagine that you have a person who also wants to join the partnership program. You enter this person in the system or he registers himself through your personal web-page and pays for the service «Space on the server of the Company» and… where will he be placed? He will be placed in the first level of the matrix right beside you.
2. Filling the matrix always happens from the bottom up.

- At the same time Mark’s position gets separated from the matrix and is automatically placed in another matrix.
- The matrix is divided into 2 completely independent parts. Thus there are two separate matrixes.
- And immediately on the bottom of both independent matrixes 8 new free places appear. That means all people who were in the previous matrix simultaneously move up the next level.
What happens to Mark?
Besides 500 EUR that Mark received Company pays for him another 100 EUR and places him in a new matrix. This process is called reinvestment.
It is worth noting that Mark is not placed in any matrix by chance. No. He is placed only in that matrix where his sponsor (the person who invited him to the Company) is.
This principle is called – Follow the leader.
It is also necessary to note how the movement takes place in the matrix, i.e. how people are moved from one level to another.
The main principle: You can start moving up even if you have not yet brought anyone. Let us imagine that today you enter a matrix and by night the lower level has been filled, even though you did not bring any of these people. It is all right because even in such a situation you move one level up.
The Company allows its partners move up three levels (to the 2nd position) even if the partner has not brought anyone. But in order to move to the 4th level (it is the 1st position) which is the place where you receive your reward you have to meet the minimum requirement – to bring personally two new people to the company. Otherwise you will stay in the 3rd level and will not be able to move up to the 4th level until you meet the requirement.
But who would move to the 4th position in that case? That would be the person who is closest to you in the moment of the division of the matrix and who has managed to bring two new people to the company. This person will “jump over” you and be placed in the 4th level. You, however, will have to wait till the next division.
If such a thing has happened you have to quickly meet the minimum requirement – to bring personally two new people to the company and then the next time the matrix is divided you will be able to get to the 4th level and receive the reward.
This requirement was instituted in order to secure equal conditions and opportunities for all partners, as well as to promote healthy development of the Company.
We could say in other words: he who works, eats.
